TSG provided networking and computing infrastructure for the IT community, focused on the mid-tier business market. SureNet services extended customer IT teams with network support and multi-vendor issue resolution.

### Digital BUY Direct

A procurement and purchasing service that combined a customized e-store with telephone configuration support, product selection and flexible account controls.

### e-solutions@work

Internet consulting, design, hosting and application-development services for organizations building web-based systems.

### Plus Technologies

The software division developed tools for output management, print connectivity and enterprise document delivery across multi-platform networks.

## Operating method

Digital Controls used a bundled Solution Package approach designed to provide predictable costs and predictable results. Hardware, software, implementation and post-installation support were scoped together instead of billed as an open-ended time-and-materials engagement.
