Please use our toll free number, 800-421-0203. The Support Administrator who takes your call will ask you a few questions so that an incident can be created to track the progress of your problem. You will be asked to provide the following information:

1. Your company name and location


2. Your Digital Controls customer number


3. The product and hardware serial number(if the problem is with hardware)


4. Your name and a return phone number


5. A brief description of the problem

Our Support Administrator will verify your contract for the support being requested, and promptly dispatch the incident to the appropriate Digital Controls Customer Support Professional (CSP). In most cases, the Support Administrator will switch you directly to the CSP to begin resolving your problem.

If your call is a follow-up on an open incident, you will be asked to provide the Support Administrator with the incident number and then you will be switched through to the CSP handling your incident.

The assigned CSP is chartered with resolving the incident to your satisfaction and will close the incident only when you are satisfied that the problem has been resolved.

This new process will help us follow the progress of your incident, provide the necessary escalation as appropriate and continue to provide the Customer Care that we have become known for.
