Customer Support Engineer Level III-TSG

Description: This position is an experienced position in our Technology Services Group division, where engineer's provide pre-sale support to the sales team, stage, install and implement the solutions being offered. Provide training to customers for these solutions and to provide on-going support to the customer.

Responsibilities for This Position Include, But Not Limited To:

• Travel 35% to 40% to customer sites to install the offered technology solution and train the customer in its use.
• Assist the sales team in determining appropriate products to propose in solving certain customer requirements.
• Design solutions and generate drawings and other documentation required for customer proposals.
• Testing new products for acceptance as part of Digital Controls solution.
• Assemble product solutions, both hardware and software, and test in a laboratory environment prior to shipping to the customer.

Professional Qualifications:

• Cisco and Novell certification required.
• Four year degree, two year technical school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent communications both verbal and written.
• Be a self-starter who carries out multiple tasks and assignments without supervision.
• Proficient in multiple areas of technology required for Digital Controls’ Technology Solutions.

Account Manager Level II/III-TSG

Description: This position is responsible for developing and achieving maximum profitable sales volume of company products and service in an assigned virtual territory,

Activities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and achieve maximum profitable sales volume, which exceeds the established quota within the assigned territory.
• Regularly calls on Targeted Accounts and establishes relationships with decision makers and key influencers within the account
• Prepare sales proposals, price quotes and investment justifications, and accurate order entry.
• Maintain proper customer relationships and company interrelationships to assure teamwork and a unified effort towards post-sale customer satisfaction.
• Document all sales activity within the company’s established framework, which includes Target Account Profile, Corporate Customer Database, Weekly Planner, Weekly Activity Report and Monthly Forecast.
• Training responsibilities or mentoring of a junior sales representative as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three to five years selling experience and a proven performer with a company in a related field.
• Demonstrates excellent selling skills as well as the ability to develop on-going customer relationships.
• Commendable industry and product knowledge
• Motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Posess interpersonal skills that create good relationships with customers and peers.
• High level of communication skills both written and verbal.

Position Title:

Development Engineer Level I-Plus Technologies

Description: This is an entry level position intended to provide the new developers the opportunity to gain formal training and on-the-job training leading to responsible positions in the Plus Technologies Development field.  To assist the other engineers in the complete development cycle of existing products and new product development. To provide pre-sales technical support to the sales organization and to provide technical support to customers and resellers.

Typical activities of this position would include, but would not be limited to:

• Thoroughly learn all aspects of the current product offerings.
• Provide technical support to Sales for customers and business partners.
• Direct participation in product specification, project planning, and development activities (coding).
• Direct participation in quality testing of all products.
• Participate in script creation for the improvement of installation procedures and software generation procedures.
• Delivery of products to production for logistics and distribution.
• Follow up on all support calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other technically related tasks that may arise and be assigned from time to time to fulfill the corporate objectives.
• Generation of software for special media requests.
• Customer documentation for all projects/procedures.

Position Title:

Technical Support Engineer-Plus Technologies

Description: This position is an entry-level position in the Plus Technologies technical support group. Basic job functions will include, but not limited to:
 

• Taking support calls from Plus Technologies customers conducting entitlement, providing level I and II problem resolution.
• Interfacing with PT developers for level III support
• Providing end to end call resolution and closure with customers
• Check contract status and customer license status of existing company databases
• Develop technical training material for channel partners and training of channel partners
• Assisting developers with product development activities as time allows
• Pre-sales technical support for Sales including follow up on all free trials.
