Customers better informed and more involved in their web projects
Dayton, Ohio-- The Internet Solutions division of Digital Controls, e-solutions@work, today announced a new web project management tool called Customersatwork.com. Customersatwork.com is designed to greatly improve the level of customer care we provide during a web development project. By logging on to a secure location within customersatwork.com, the customer can view the progress on their web site development project. They can review various revisions and can even approve when a particular portion of the project is done and sign off on a defined milestone of the project electronically. The entire project schedule is viewable and the customer can get a quick snapshot of the status of their project because the project team updates their project plan right on this web site for the customer to access.Collaboration, and development cycle time are all improved through this unique new offering from e-solutions@work.
