Digital Controls announces expansion of Security Services Practice
Dayton, Ohio- Digital Controls Corporation today announced the expansion of its SureNet™ Security Services Practice
to include security services that address all aspects of the security challenges facing commercial, governmental and educational organizations today.
IT professionals are well aware that data, networks and
systems are vulnerable, that the risks associated with these vulnerabilities are increasing, and that in all likelihood an attack or penetration will occur at some point. To help its customers address those
threats, Digital Controls is introducing new Security Service and Support offerings as part of their SureNet Security Services Practice. New Security Assessment and Audits announced include:
- Risk Assessment
- Perimeter Assessment
- Internal Assessment
- Comprehensive Assessment (Both Perimeter and Internal)
- External Penetration Audit
- Analog Line Audit
In addition to the new security assessment and audit services, the company also announced a brand new Security Support
service that supports and assists a customers IT team with the tasks required to maintain a secure environment over the long haul.
The Security Support Service is a comprehensive, annual support program that includes:
- Security Start-up Assessment
- Threat and Alert Notification
- Network Device and Operating System Patch Support
- High Risk Configuration Support
- Periodic Penetration Audit and Report
- Remote Security Operations and Administration Support
- Incident Response and Restore Support (via phone)
In addition to these new services, Digital Controls offers Security Consulting and
Security Safeguard Implementations
(i.e. firewalls, IDS, PKI, VPN, etc.)
