The Observer product suite includes tools for network management, troubleshooting, and analysis, including Protocol Analyzers, SNMP/RMON management consoles, and Frame Relay Analyzers/Probes. The companies are conducting joint marketing and sales motions throughout the state of Ohio as well as to TSG’s existing account base nationwide. The addition of the Network Instruments Observer product suite to the TSG offering allows its SureNet Services customers the ability to truly manage and troubleshoot their networks to a more finite level.
