Digital Controls e-solutions@work division changes name to
e-Tools@Work
Dayton, OhioDigital Controls Corporation's e-solutions@work division announced today that they are changing the division's name to
e-Tools@Work. The name change reflects an increasing focus by the division on brand awareness of their Tools@Work family of web-based applications for the K-12, local government and commercial business markets.
"As our application set has evolved, it has been increasingly important for us to create brand awareness for our Tools@Work family of products around the country" said John Lynch, Vice President
and General Manager of e-Tools@Work.
Added Mr. Lynch, "Changing the name of the division helps us create more awareness and it also provides a clarity to our marketing messages reflecting what we do for our customers more accurately, we create Tools applications that work to address business problems in the K-12 and local government markets."
The process of changing the name has already begun and will start to appear in the division's marketing materials in September.
The complete cut over to the new divisional name is expected to take four to six weeks.

e-Tools@Work focuses on database driven web applications for the education (K-12) and
local government markets. They have developed web application solutions for schools and city/county governments that make the task of managing and posting website content simple enough for content owners to
publish it to the Internet themselves.
Content publishing is delegated to the people who own the information; administrators, teachers, coaches, government officials, support staff, advisors, principals, etc. They also build K-12 district Staff Productivity Applications. These applications are designed to increase the time teachers have with students through the streamlining of processes like requesting and scheduling transportation or a leave day.
