Digital Controls' Plus Technologies Division Announces Reynolds and
Reynolds Partnership
Dayton, Ohio - Digital Controls Corporation's Plus Technologies division announced today that they have reached agreement with Reynolds and
Reynolds to embed Plus Technologies' OM Plus software into Reynolds and Reynolds' core Auto dealer application software suite (ERA). The ERA system provides an integrated control point for retailing activities
within automotive retailers and enterprises, bringing together back-office, sales, service and customer relationship management (CRM) operations to giving dealership personnel access to critical data whenever and
wherever it was needed. Plus Technologies also announced that they will be collaborating with Reynolds and Reynolds, on an ongoing basis, to further integrate Plus Technologies' solutions into the ERA system.
With OM Plus integrated into the ERA system, print operations associated with ERA are significantly streamlined and the network bandwidth is optimized. Managing the bandwidth associated with printing
improves ERA system response times and greatly improves their dealers' productivity.

reliability and fidelity of the ERA print functions and through improved network performance during high volume print jobs," said Mike Visser, Vice President and General Manager of the Plus Technologies
division of Digital Controls.
Reynolds and Reynolds will also reap great benefits through the integration of OM Plus into the ERA system.
Reynolds and Reynolds will now have to field fewer service calls for ERA and have better tools to resolve their customers' print related issues. They will also increase customer satisfaction tremendously. This is due to the improvement associated with their customers' network performance when OM Plus manages the customers' print output. All of these benefits are gained without any impact on the customers' core business application, ERA from Reynolds and Reynolds.
