Results for 2003

Plus Technologies, A Division of Digital Controls, today announced record results for 2003 in all key financial measurements, revenue, gross margin and profit. Growth was experienced in all three indicators (profit increased in excess of 30%) even exceeding the record growth the company produced in 2002.
We are extremely pleased with our ability to continue to grow this company, stated Michael Visser, VP and GM of Plus Technologies. Added Visser, We have expanded our presence in the market by
significantly growing our channel sales motion in 2003 through partnerships with companies like Optio Software and Reynolds and Reynolds.
Our direct sales motion to companies like Toyota, Disney, Toshiba, Newsweek, Liberty Medical, AgFirst and many others also showed strong growth in 2003.
We fully expect to continue on this aggressive
growth path in 2004 through increased investment in the development of our OM Plus family of document delivery software, said Mike Denny, CEO of Digital Controls Corporation. Added Mr. Denny, We will
