We rely on dozens of technology partners to provide the hardware and software that make our solutions successful. Our Services and Support teams cross-train extensively with our Strategic Vendor Partners to ensure that we can continue to deliver and support the products and services that are critical to our customers. Our
Strategic Vendor Partners are well known in the industry, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Compaq, Microsoft and Novell. We classify our partner relationships in order to ensure
that we assign the appropriate resources to each partner.
In addition to our top tier Strategic Vendor Partners, we classify our partners into two other tiers:

Tier I-Strategic Vendor Partners
|
Tier I partners are those that provide technology hardware and software that is market leading. We leverage these
partners as the foundation of our Solutions (called Solutions Packages).
We maintain the highest level of Vendor Certification and training available on the partners products and services. Our full suite of SureNet services are available for these vendors.

Tier II-Tactical Partners
|
Tier II partners offer a specific technology that our customers require or have commodity type products that offer lover
price/performance. We maintain an in-depth familiarity with Tier II partners but formal certification is not required. Our full suite of SureNet services are not available for some Tier II Partners products.

Tier III-Digital BUY Direct Partners (Digital BUY Direct™ is an IT procurement service for Digital Controls Customers)
|
Tier III partners provide products that are not available from Tier I or II partners. These products are provided
based on requests from our customers. Digital BUY Direct customers often need the service to provide a single source of IT related supplies and equipment. We do not offer any of our SureNet services on Tier III partners products but will arrange for the customer to be in touch with the manufacturer if these services are needed.
