Security Assessment-
The Technology Solutions Group (TSG) of Digital Controls offers Security Assessment as part of our service portfolio. A Security Assessment is a basic risk assessment of
the vulnerability of your network and computing infrastructure. Equally important to assessing your infrastructure is to assess your organizationâs IT polices and practices. After the assessment is performed, you
will receive a report outlining all security issues that we find along with recommendations to repair the problems before damage can occur to your organization.
Block Time Contracts-Our Customer Support Professionals (CSP) carry a very
wide-ranging array of technical certifications from Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Compaq, Microsoft, and Novell. In many cases, customers have a wide variety of projects that
need to be addressed; block time contracts provide a predictively priced solution vs. time and materials contracts. Budgets can be determined ahead of time and costs can
be controlled through the use of a block time contract. By pre-purchasing a block of time the customer receives priority scheduling of a CSP to come to their site and
upgrade equipment, install systems, prepare servers to be moved, or any other Professional service that we offer. After a job is completed, the hours are deducted from the block of time purchased.
Upgrade Services-Installing additional system resources like more memory or another
disk drive or upgrading the serverâs O/S are just two of the dozens of upgrade services offered by the Technology Solutions Group of Digital Controls. Upgrade services are
available through pre-priced standard services, or via a time and materials quote or through the use of pre-purchased block time contracts (see above).
