On-site maintenance: Maintenance support provided by 3rd party providers. We maintain contracts, and dispatch the maintenance vendor on your behalf.
Unit Exchange: Provides telephone support via a toll free number and a next day replacement of a failed unit.
OPERATING SYSTEM AND UTILITIES SUPPORT
Operating System: O/S maintenance consists of ensuring the proper patches and fixes are in place, and phone assistance with acquiring and installing them.
Software utilities: Horizontal software utility maintenance, i.e. backup utility software or virus protection software
