# Why us?

|  | There are some very simple reasons for the trust our customer’s place in us. With over 30 years in business delivering technology solutions, it’s obvious that we have the depth, and the breadth of experience to implement even the most complex IT solutions. Customers find that reassuring... and refreshing. We offer a wide-ranging family of Network, Systems and Internet services called SureNet™. Our vast experience in delivering Information Technology Services positions our company as a valuable partner to our customer         base. Customer Care is our number one priority. In the fast paced, Internet-time economy it is very difficult for companies to staff for and provide the technical services that the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) of Digital Controls offers through its SureNet family of IT services. We become an extension of our customers’ IT staff by providing services like network implementation, network support, operations and administration support, application or network server deployment, web sites, e-commerce development, etc.  There are several key factors that set Digital Controls’ TSG apart from the rest of the systems and solutions integrators. First, most organizations simply cannot approach our level of technical knowledge and experience (over 30 years). The second factor is our Solution Package methodology. Utilizing this tried and true methodology allows us to deploy technology solutions and services for our customers that have predictable costs and results up front. IT managers use this information to deliver results, not promises. Finally, the third factor that sets us apart from the pack is our World Class Partnerships. These partners provide us with unlimited resources for products and technical training. We expend considerable resources to ensure that our Customer Support Professionals (CSP) are highly trained in the correct application of our Partner’s products within the customer’s environment. We rely on dozens of technology partners to provide the hardware and software that make our solutions successful. Our Services teams cross-train extensively with our Strategic Vendor Partners to ensure that we can continue to deliver and support the products and services that are critical to our customers. Our **Strategic Vendor Partners**are well known in the industry: ***Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Compaq, Microsoft, and Novell***. **We Take Your Success…Personally** Ultimately, we measure our success by the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that they are personally responsible to their management for the success of the projects we work on together. Our customers trust us because of our experience, the depth of our technical knowledge, and because we take their responsibility for successful implementations and the ongoing support of those implementations, personally.
