Entry and Eligibility
No Purchase Necessary. Limit one entry per person. To enter, follow the instructions described on the promotion page and send an e-mail with your full name, company name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, operating system, and a description of any problems or issues you are having with either UNIX or NT printing. The contest begins 6/4/97 and ends when 5,000 valid responses are received.
This promotion is open to current residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older, who can provide a valid response. Employees of Digital Controls Corporation and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
No responsibility is assumed by Digital Controls Corporation for lost or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Digital Controls Corporation reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion or of Digital Controls Corporation, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Digital Controls Corporation is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Digital Controls Corporation, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a player's ability to participate in the promotion. Digital Controls Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this promotion should virus bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. Void where prohibited by law.
Prizes
1 (one) Xerox C55 Color Laser Printer (MSRP=$3,500) will be given away. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted. Digital Controls Corporation reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected by Digital Controls Corporation when 5,000 valid responses are received. The winner will be notified of winning via telephone. The winner must be reached within 5 (five) days, or they will forfeit the prize. The prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are 1 (one) in 5,000 (five thousand). If more than one entry is received by an individual, only the first entry will be considered, and subsequent entries discarded.
Eligibility and Liability
The winner must provide identification and proof of eligibility. Failure to comply with these rules will cause the prize to be forfeited.
Additional Terms
All applicable local, state, and federal taxes, if any are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by the winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply. All claims must be resolved in the United States.
