The Technology Solutions Group provided networking and computing infrastructure for mid-tier organizations, backed by SureNet services.

Network infrastructure

The mission was to extend the capabilities of customer IT teams with infrastructure, services and support. Digital Controls partnered with leading vendors including Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Novell and Compaq to assemble complete solutions.

SureNet services

SureNet reduced the burden of implementing and operating complex network environments. The service supported the complete network and coordinated with multiple vendors on the customer's behalf when problems occurred.

Solution Package methodology

Each package brought hardware, software, implementation services and post-installation support into a single scope and price. The objective was simple: predictive costs and predictive results without surprise return visits or open-ended meters.
