JustIS is driven by a suite of
proven software solutions from Maxwell Justice Systems: MaxResponse and
MaxRecords. These two programs provide the most efficient means yet for
capturing legal data, managing records, and routing data. The result is
that information reaches the end user quickly and easily.
MaxResponse is a major step forward in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD).
It cuts across jurisdictional and agency lines, automatically capturing
all critical times. Using client server architecture, MaxResponse automatically
routes calls to the correct dispatcher. Officer safety is enhanced by its
on-screen display of essential information. Available 24 hours a day, MaxResponse
provides automated geographical call location, patrol unit status and automatic
routing, and response time statistics. This state-of-the-art software can
interface with state agencies and even mobile data terminals.
MaxRecords is a Records Management System (RMS) that makes critical
information more accessible to law enforcement agencies. The program provides
the investigative information, analysis, and management data necessary
for quick response. MaxRecords receives all "calls for service"
data directly from MaxResponse or an existing CAD system and provides immediate
access to incident information. Since the CAD information is already in
MaxRecords when reports are transmitted, call times are captured without
redundant entries .
